In this 6 month program we work together to create a personalized roadmap to your optimum vibrant health. 6 months is the minimum amount of time needed to do away with old habits that are not serving us and implement new ones. We "meet" (virtually) twice each month to discuss your progress, implement new protocols and work on challenges that are impeding your progress. I firmly believe we must approach health holistically , looking at the whole person not just a few pieces of the puzzle. What you get: ~Two one hour coaching sessions per month ~Unlimited email support for the duration of the program ~A personalized plan of action to achieve your wellness goals. Throughout the 6 months we will dive into: 1-What the ideal picture of vibrant health looks like to you. 2-What is preventing you from reaching that goal? 3-What areas of your life do you feel "filled up" and where do you feel a scarcity ? 4-What foods make you feel energetic and are best for your body vs foods that are not. If you don't know we will find out together! 5- New foods for you to try 6- Other areas of your life that may be getting in the way of your optimal health. These are just a few examples of what we will cover during our time together. The six month program is designed to meet your individual needs and goals.
